Another ad another dull week for scenarios. There are some nice sales, but quite straight forward.  I will share a couple scenarios that might be good for your family.  There's the cereal deal that seems popular so I will post that one and maybe the coffee deal is good too.  It's not spectacular for the occasional coffee buyer, but it might be very good for coffee drinkers.  Okay, I'll stop rambling now and give you links and deals.

Last night I was talking to the one of two ladies in charge of the HBA at Giant Eagle. We discussed the Crest and Scope deal that ended last night and how the snow storm affected ordering and delivery. She was super nice and informative.

During our conversation she mentioned a deal on the Arrid Anti-Perspirant that starts today. I totally missed this which often happens because I don't have concrete ad. :(  I thought this was worthy of mention if you don't already have a stock pile of free or next to free from the Palmolive-Cologate deals of yesteryear. She said they are getting a very large amount and putting it on end caps as well as the normal shelf spot.  So without coupons it's $1 that's right $1 buck for name brand anti-perspirant, no coupon needed!  Normally priced at GE for $2.49. 

Kuntry Klippers is my favorite coupon resource and I'm not just saying it because they are offering a coupon credit for posting on a blog or forum.  I really do love ordering from them. Totally professional with fast service and will send you  emails with surprise discounts on already fabulous pricing.  Kuntry Klippers is based in SE Ohio which is another reason I personally shop there for my coupon needs. Check them out you won't regret it!

I think I am getting a better idea about my blog appearance and which place is the best or easiest. Currently though, there is not a whole lot of difference between the two because I haven't asked a designer to customize it yet. I did find another template at Wordpress that allows me to change the Header(currently flowers my husband got for me) and the sidebar color (green) and the trim (burgundy). So if you like that layout the most, but not the colors that is easily adaptable and I'll most likely make a separate poll for that in the future.

After three months of neither receiving my missing catalinas nor a letter of explanation, I made another called. This is what was confirmed over the phone. I am requesting it in writing too, but they currently have me on transfer, for the last 20 minutes.  
Now researching the issue more and will call back.

I got a call back and they decided to send me the catalinas. I'm not sure why I didn't get the policy. I imagine they didn't want me to have it in writing and maybe I should have pressed the issue.  If I follow the verbal policy and something should go wrong I will call again and politely insist on written. 

The catalina machine print out 10 or less like catalinas regardless of the amount you spend. Another shopper discovered it is up to $100 even if 10 like have not printed. This happened when the deal was $5 wyb $20 so only 5 like cats because $100 was reach.

e.g.  $3 oyno wyb $10

I buy $50 get (5)  $3 oyno 
I buy $100 get (10) $3 oyno
I buy $150 get (10) $3 onyo

This means if I want to buy $150 worth of product I need to split my purchases into at least two transactions to receive all (15) $3 catalinas.   

This was confirmed for ConAgra and Giant Eagle. I am assuming this is for most companies and stores where multiple catalinas print. I believe Unilever and Kraft would fall under these stipulations.

You must buy a gallon first to get your free 1/2 gallon; not a problem in my house. ;)  You may print two and this also has worked in the past for organic which I love! 

Yes, I know this isn't as exciting as the Babies R Us coupon for $5 off any purchase, but it still may come in handy for those items that are often hard to find for less than $25 especially if you want new.

Tomorrow I will be back in the saddle. I didn't do any shopping so no deals to share and this past weekend I was preparing to go out of town and went out of town. Today, I'm exhausted.  The driving wasn't bad as I anticipated, 3.5hrs, but I didn't sleep well the night before I left or the night in the hotel.  Totally worth it to finally meet Linda after becoming online friends, best friends, starting 4yrs ago.

I didn't do a fabulous job of saving, but I'll share what I did save on the hotel and the bargains I found shopping in Florence, KY.

I'd so appreciate any and all opinions. I am considering a different location with a slightly different layout. I'm hoping for better features and less trouble with the format.
You may have notice weird spacing and font sizes too.  Honestly, this is not my intentional doing. lol  It looks completely sane, well for me, in the creating section and  then Wham, it goes kaplooey once it posts, Come On! lol
