This ad isn't too thrilling either and I've had computer issues, now resolved thanks to my wonderful IT man and his experiments, so this I haven't been too motivated to post like usual.  The main thing that interests me this week from GE is the Land O Lakes Butter and Buttery Spread.  Oh and someone on HCW also mentioned $.99/lb Grapes!

It just arrived, all three bars of Out of Africa Organic Shea Butter Soap African Black! Also to my surprise it came with a $1/1 Out of Africa Lip Balm Coupon which imo is really a rebate since it needs to be sent in with a receipt. There is no limit per household which is nice if one finds a great deal on it.

Also I just want to add that this is not the Raw African Black Soap usually made in Ghana ( contains mainly cocoa pod ashes, plantain skins ashes, and palm oil, processed together), but I believe the ingredients (20% organic shea butter, palm kernel oil, aloe vera, olive oil, plantain skins, essential oil, purified water) are still quite pure and it got great reviews. So mainly it is a shea butter soap with plantain skins added. It was made in Benin West Africa and 5cents for each bar helps provide education to the children and PBS programming. Not crazy about the latter, but I hope it truly does some good. I'll let you know how it works for us.

You may get overage or you may not. It  seems Wal-Mart is a YMMV since I recently read coupons are to be accepted at face value, but this isn't in print and when calling customer service I was told it's up to the manager if he wants to adjust it down.
 
Please keep in mind I was calling only to get my coupons accepted because I've been having problems the last few times if the coupon is more than the product even after I suggested adjustment. I really don't agree with adjustments because I believe clearing houses will still reimburse the store for full value, plus it's better customer service to allow it.  I only believe this true if the coupon is used on the product stated. I do not condone using a coupon on the wrong size or product even within the same brand.

I very rarely find a sale with coupon that makes Kashi Bars less than a $1! This week I was going to buy some at GE for $2/box. Well not anymore, I decided to stock up at Amazon since you get free shipping with an order from drugstore.com that is $49.99 or more. Now to just have self control and not eat all of those myself. lol So for $51.90 you'll receive 60 boxes of Kashi Bars.

If you do not wish to buy that many shipping is between $2.98-$3.99 which still makes a good deal. I think about $1.83/box according to Hip 2 Save and Bucktown Bargains.

So easy only requiring your name and email.

Rite Aid will be exciting for me again this coming week even though the Bayer Meter coupons are gone and expired. I love those coupons since they totally get me to that $20 and $25 mark to use the $5 off $ Rite Aid coupons.  Last week I did two transactions that got me two bottles of Aquify contact solution, the only kind I like, for $1.25 each including tax and 10 cases of 24pk bottle water for $.38 each which is wonderful for our baseball/softball season, travels and exercising.

First go through Bing's Cashback.  I just learned about Cashback on Bing from  Give Me Neither.  Type in Old Navy Cashback and the 25% off link should pop up. Click it and if it works a box will pop up on the screen and just follow the easy directions.  


You can either register first before following the link or click the link enter your email address and then check your inbox to finish registration. Another great feature with Bing is it shows you your pending total immediately if you long into your Cashback account after you've check out.

I'm so excited about this offer! I love love Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. The best price I've found in the past is at Nutiva and Mountain Rose Herbs. I'm going to check out the sales at Tropical Traditions today to see if they now compare. In the past TT has always be priced higher, but that could change and I've never asked for price matching so that may be something to look into as well. I can tell you that all three offer Unrefined Coconut Oil which is what you want. This is not what is found in Wal-Mart. Nutiva has a slightly milder taste than Mountain Rose Herb and I'm anxious to see where Tropical Tradition is on the scent/flavor scale.
